Valley Fund Corporation operates for the benefit of the San Gabriel Valley Training Center Residential Facility, a nonprofit California corporation, so long as that organization is a tax-exempt organization described in section 509 (a)(l) or (2) of the Internal Revenue Code, and any other section 509 (a)(l) or (2) organizations aimed at developing vocational or living skills of, or providing care for, intellectually and developmentally disabled persons, to act as trustee under any trust created to furnish funds for the principal objectives of the corporation, and to receive, hold, administer, and expend funds and property subject to such trust
Valley Fund Corporation’s mission is to care for the needs of developmentally disabled adults. We do this by supporting organizations that provide the following: (1) employment support programs that train, employ and provide work opportunities for up to 500 developmentally disabled adults and (2) a home-like facility that provides 24-hour-a-day housing and care for up to 38 developmentally disabled adults.
